Service Description

Tamanny is a platform for creating and sharing wishlists and gifts. It allows users to create lists, add gifts, and share them with others to reserve and contribute to gifts.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering
• One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create on Tamanny
• By posting content on Tamanny, you grant us a license to display and share it according to your chosen privacy settings
• Posting illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

Reservations & Contributions

• Gift reservations are a moral commitment, not a binding contract
• Contributions are pledges, not actual payments made through the platform
• Tamanny does not handle payments or financial transfers
• Users are responsible for completing purchases and transfers outside the platform

Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Sending spam or promotional content
• Impersonating other people or entities
• Manipulating the reservation or contribution system

Limitation of Liability

Tamanny is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from using the platform, including any issues with gifts or transactions between users.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
